Vendor & Supplier Vetting
Stop onboarding suppliers with hidden regulatory histories.
A supplier with unresolved OSHA serious citations or a recent FDA enforcement action is a liability the moment you sign. Delox surfaces that history in one search, before you are exposed.
OSHA violations · Product recalls · DOL Wage & Hour
Pre-Contract Due Diligence
Document your due diligence before the contract, not after the incident.
When an auditor, investor, or customer asks how you vet vendors, a Delox report is a timestamped answer with source links and disclosed methodology.
OFAC sanctions · FDA enforcement actions · Product recalls
Ongoing Supply Chain Monitoring
Your suppliers' compliance status changes. Your checks should too.
New citations, enforcement actions, and recalls are issued continuously. Run a Delox check at onboarding and renewal, then keep the report on file.

What's in a Delox report

How current is the data?
Cadence varies by source. FDA and product recall sources are updated frequently, OFAC reflects Treasury releases, DOL Wage & Hour is quarterly, and restaurant inspections vary by jurisdiction. Every record includes source freshness metadata where the source provides it.
Can I use this report for vendor onboarding documentation?
Yes. The PDF report is designed as a timestamped due diligence record with business name, state, risk tier, source breakdown, data freshness, and methodology. It is not a legal compliance certification.
Does this cover international companies?
Not in v1. Delox focuses on US-registered businesses and US government sources. International entities may appear in OFAC records but will not return OSHA or DOL workplace data.
What if the company I'm looking for isn't found?
No records found means Delox found no matching records in its current coverage. It does not prove the business is compliant, licensed, safe, or risk-free.
Is this legal advice or a compliance certification?
No. Delox summarizes public government enforcement records for informational use. Verify findings with the primary agency before making consequential business decisions.
Not for use in employment screening decisions.
