Description of Service
Delox provides API access to publicly available government and regulatory datasets for informational purposes only.
Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Data provided through Delox is sourced from public government databases and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for legal, compliance, or professional advice. Delox makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on data accessed through the API.
Acceptable Use
You may not resell raw data as a standalone product, use the service for illegal purposes, bypass security controls, or scrape beyond your assigned rate limits.
API Keys
API keys are non-transferable. You are responsible for all usage under your key, including usage by employees, contractors, or systems you authorize.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. You may cancel anytime. Fees are not refunded or prorated for partial months unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delox is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming. TODO: Raj to confirm governing law once the LLC is formed.
